Returns / Exchanges

We want you to love these stickers as much as we do.  If for any reason you aren’t pleased, please message us so that we can work something out.  I try my best to take photos with the best lighting to show the items.  I also do my best to describe the items in detail.  However, the colors shown may differ slightly based on your display.  So, though we don’t offer refunds, because these items are handmade, and we are human, mistakes are possible.  So if something is wrong with your order please contact us to possibly replace the item.  We are willing to work with you so that you are happy with your purchase! 

 

Cancellations

Are accepted if we are still in the process of packing your order.  After it has been packed and the shipping label has been created I will no longer accept cancellations.  So if you need to cancel I recommend you do so immediately.

 

Shipping

Current processing time is 1-3 days.  I will pack orders daily and are dropped off every day except Sundays and holidays. 

Once it is packed, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number for I use first class with tracking shipping labels.  Please make sure the address is correct, if not your happy mail might take longer to get to you.   All items are shipped in a sealed cellophane bag, and in a flat mailer.  Once your package is dropped off it is out of my hands, I am not responsible for the package once it is in the hands of the United States Post Office.  Nor am I responsible for any damage caused during transit.
I am not responsible for any international customs charges/fees that may occur.
Custom Orders
I’m sorry but I’m currently unable to do any custom requests.  However, we are always open to suggestions, so if there is something you feel would be a great addition to the shop, we would love to hear about them. 
Customer Service
Hours are between 8-5 HST 7 days a week.  Emails are answered in the order they are received within 24 hours.  If for some reason you don’t receive a response, I kindly ask you message again just in case the original email didn’t make it through the journey ;)
