Why I Added an A6 Planner (and What’s Coming Next)
I originally started with just one planner. Fast forward to today, and that number has grown to five—six, if you count the desktop weekly planner I use to quickly jot down appointment reminders in the middle of a call.
I never imagined I would be using, or even needing, that many planners. But as life got busier, I quickly learned that keeping everything in one place—from appointments and work tasks to health information, pet medication reminders, and journaling—felt overwhelming. Separating things by purpose made it easier to stay organized, focused, and far less stressed.
That’s how the A6 planner joined the lineup.
What I love most about the A6 is the daily aspect. When I open this planner, everything feels more manageable. It’s less daunting and more realistic—there’s no pressure of trying to squeeze everything in or wondering if it will all get done. It simply feels doable.
Designing an A6 kit, however, was a little trickier than I expected. The A6 isn’t a planner that relies heavily on decoration, and when I design kits, I focus on what I personally use along with what customers have shared they want or need. Along the way, I sometimes swap elements out if something doesn’t feel essential. Many of those extras are still available in the shop as standalone sticker sheets.
As we wrap up the year, we’ve also been working on cleaning up and organizing the shop to make everything easier to find. Moving forward, we’ll be gradually adding more A6 planner sticker kits, including brand-new designs that are already in the works.
Starting in January, we’ll also be adding A6 sizing to our Monthly Overview Kits, with the first release happening this week. Our goal is to have February and March available before the end of the year.
In addition, we’re planning to refresh some of our most popular kits and expand them to include A6 sizing—favorites like Dark Desire and Just Chillin will be part of that update.
Thank you for being here and for growing with the shop. I’m really excited about what’s coming!
Mahalo,
Kate
